Terms

Terms of
this website.

Short and readable. Using wildcatt.co means you accept these terms. Any actual engagement with Wildcatt runs on a separate agreement we both sign.

Information, not advice

  • Everything on this site, including the guides and market evidence, is general information to help you understand the data market. It is not legal, financial, tax or insolvency advice, and it does not account for your specific circumstances.
  • Figures we cite about other companies' deals come from public sources and are included for context. Get your own professional advice before acting.

The engagement is separate

  • Nothing on this website is an offer, a contract, or a commitment to buy, sell or value any data. If we work together, the terms, pricing, consent, de-identification, access and deletion are all set out in a written agreement we both sign. That agreement governs the work, not this site.
  • Outcomes described here, including our own completed sale, are examples. They are not a promise of any particular result for your business.

Using the site

  • You may read, share and link to this content freely. Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with it, and no unlawful use.
  • Submit accurate information through the contact form, and only information you have the right to share.

Our content

  • The Wildcatt name, the puma mark, the wordmark, the writing and the design on this site are ours. You may quote short extracts with attribution; please ask before reproducing anything more substantial.

Links out

  • Where we link to other sites or sources, we do so for reference. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Liability

  • The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Wildcatt is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the general information here. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law and changes

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
  • We may update these terms; the current version always lives here. This version is current as of August 2026.

In one line: read freely, take your own advice, and know that any real deal happens on a signed agreement, not on this page.
